Online registration will be available from April 22, 2013 to August 31, 2013. After August 31st online registration will be open with a late fee automatically applyinig to each child September 1 to October 1, 2013.
Fees may change at the AGM - if they change and payments have been made, the remaining balance will be due before August 31, 2013

Canteen fee is refundable when you complete a four hour canteen shift at
the Cobourg Community Centre or being on a team as bench staff or doing 6 shifts on the clock at games..
Please Note:In addition to registration fees, a $30 fundraising fee per family is required. This fee is non-refundable and payable only once per family per hockey season.For example: If you register three players in your family, the fundraising fee is $30 in total. When registering more than one child per family, please register all children at the same time to avoid duplication of this fee.
Additional Note: All registrations for first time players to the Cobourg Community Hockey League MUST include a copy of the child's birth certificate at the time of registration.Also, any player transferring from another hockey association wishing to tryout for an OMHA REP team must provide a release letter from their last centre and proof of residence.

Refunds: The CCHL has formalized a detailed refund policy to govern the 2013/2014 hockey season. Please review this policy carefully before registering for the upcoming season. The Fundraising fee is non-refundable.
Refunds will be granted from the earlier of: a) the date that a written request for a refund is received by the League, and b) the date that a player’s injury or medical condition prohibits a player from playing (doctor’s note will be required).
In order to be considered for a refund you are required to complete, in full, the Refund Request Form which can be downloaded from link below. Any request arising as a result of an injury that prohibits a player from playing must be submitted within 30 days of the date of injury.
Refunds will not be granted for games lost due to injuries, illnesses or otherwise.
